Tara - The Feminine in the
Indo-Tibetan Buddhist Tradition
This book analyzes the Mother Goddess in the Indo-Tibetan tradition, a Goddess who has qualities that are transversal to the Mother Goddesses of all the cultures of our planet. It delves into its history, iconography, maternal, destructive and saving aspects. How to combine the femininity and the creative energy that I feel alive within me with a path of inner evolution? How to integrate the most uncomfortable and destructive aspects of my character, transforming them into strengths?" Nature and the seasons teach us how life and death go hand in hand deeply. Ancestral cultures have always associated the Mother Goddess with the creative and at the same time destructive force present in nature. Destruction, in fact, is not considered negative, on the contrary, it is at the base and one with the future creation. The double female nature, the loving mother and the destructive force at the same time are represented without concealing any aspect. This depiction of female characteristics as a whole gives a more complete view of what a woman really is about her inner qualities. The angry aspects, at least in the sacred sphere, are never negative but represent the female strength that fights and annihilates adversity, sure of its own potential, strong enough to dominate and free the world. This image is necessary, especially in certain periods of life, when our feminine aspect is still too weak, not aware of the power that resides in itself.

The Transformation of Consciousness
The book summarizes the salient features of traditional Hinduism and also showcases Integral Yoga devised by Sri Aurobindo and Mère. The philosophy is premised on the foundations of ancient Hinduism and goes on to integrate with the West, creating a flow of thought that includes various religious traditions.
The result is an intercultural and universal synthesis. A thought that goes beyond all belief, based solely on the inner transformation of Consciousness and that shows how different practices and religions can be integrated to contribute to the inner evolution of entire humanity, thus laying the foundations for a new, transformed human being.
